This role ensures a warm, professional, and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings, gathering information, and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process.Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/applicationKey Responsibilities:Outreach & Screening:Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings.Collect required information and assess eligibility.Provide compassionate, supportive communication to families.Lead Management & Documentation:Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM).Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases.Conversion & Follow-Up:Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions.Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.Collaboration & Quality Assurance:Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines.Coordinate with intake, clinical, and RCM teams for seamless transitions.Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required.Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, healthcare operations, or customer service.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Strong empathy, professionalism, and phone presence.Detail-oriented, organized, and data-accurate.Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
