The Person: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across all levels, from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, career fairs, campus hiring, etc. ). Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

Manage employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc. ) to ensure process efficiency. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process with sensitivity to market trends and internal equity. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and best practices to improve hiring outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices. The Role:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred). 4–6 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity. Proven track record of hiring for a variety of roles (corporate, technical, sales, operational). Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and employer branding techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and HRIS/ATS systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
