What You'll Be DoingManaging a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and web/chat inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset. Providing effective solutions to technical issues, system questions, taxation inquiries, and data privacy concerns. Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up in our systems accurately and promptly. Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction. Contributing to team initiatives, customer training, and support events, while proactively spotting upsell opportunities or leads. What Makes You a Great FitPrevious experience in a customer-facing or technical support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in technology and digital systems. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask between live interactions and ongoing cases, and remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken). A good understanding of Norwegian is preferred.
