This Position reports to:

Local Division Manager - MOIMYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions. The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion business area / MOIM Division in South Korea.

Main stakeholders are IEC LV Motor Sales and customers. You will be mainly accountable for: Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, coordinate with engineering, production, logistics and finance team, when needed.

Preparing and issue customer quotations in alignment with company pricing policies and technical specificationsManaging project timelines and documentation from order placement through delivery and post-sales service coordinationResponding to customer service requests by visiting sites for tasks like motor specification changes and simple inspections. Coordinating with service team and engineering, production teams to convey customer requirements and prepare brief reports.

Qualifications For The RoleOver 2 years of experience in sales or sales support teamSound knowledge of motors and drives would be preferredA bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or any equivalent qualificationProficiency in computerized systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office skill would be preferredIntermediate proficiency in verbal and written English, and native proficiency in Korean.
