Your TasksAchieving sales and market share targets and driving profitable growth in a relevant businessLeading, developing, and coaching a high performing sales team of Regional Sales Manager in the German marketDeveloping and managing relationships with high profile customers, accounts, and opinion leadersRepresenting the business at key internal and external events and at national and international business reviewsSuccessful developing implementation strategy of country product launchesMonitoring, analyzing, reporting on competitors’ products and strategies, and driving appropriate business responseDevelop sales strategy and tactics and drive successful executionCost center management according to plan and guidelinesAnticipating healthcare market developmentsYour QualificationPost graduate diploma or University degree and on-the-job business exposureProven track of several years of successful leadershipExperienced in sales analysis and corresponding strategic sales approachesExperienced in strategy development and translation into tactics and successful executionExperienced in P&L management / forecasting / cost center managementGood personal/professional balance and disciplineVery good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
