Regional Account Manager – Norway & Denmark – Abbott Point of Care (APOC)Make a Measurable Impact in HealthcareJoin Abbott’s dynamic Point of Care team and play a pivotal role in transforming patient care across Norway & Denmark. As a Regional Account Manager (RAM), you’ll be the strategic driver behind our commercial success—building strong relationships, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring our diagnostic technologies reach the audience who need them most. What You’ll DoOwn the Territory: Be the face of Abbott Point of Care in Norway & Denmark, managing relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and labs. Drive Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute a territory business plan that exceeds commercial and financial targets. Provide communication to customers, Alliance Partner personnel, APOC management and other Abbott personnel. Lead the Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Maintain local customer database and customer relationship management system. Develop knowledge of the relevant healthcare markets and current i-STAT products and product areas. Champion Innovation: Introduce new products, leveraging insights and market trends to drive adoption. Deliver Post-Sales Excellence: Provide post-sales support and installation as appropriate in territory. What You BringProven Sales Expertise: Significant experience in healthcare sales (e. g.

, medical devices, diagnostics, IVD’s, disposables), with a track record of success in senior, strategic roles. Strategic Selling Skills: Experience managing complex sales with multiple stakeholders. Education: Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the POC in your region. Key Skills For SuccessStrong communicator—confident in both one-on-one and high-level group presentations. Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization skills. Fluent in English and Norwegian/Danish. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Comfortable with frequent travel, both regionally and internationally.
