Take a Look At Our Website For More InformationLife-Changing Cardiac and Vascular Technology | Abbott CardiovascularAbout The RoleIn the role as Clinical Specialist Endovascular, you deliver market leading customer experience by providing best in class support and service, based upon intimate understanding of customer needs in Sweden. This role will also support our Baltic Distributors. The job purpose is to deliver clinical product support to our existing and new portfolio, and to strengthen our position in Endovascular in preparation for future launches.

The jobholder will be expected to work independently to drive the clinical knowledge in order to support the Key Account Manager to deliver revenue growth and account penetration in the field. The role is field based and require traveling 3-4 days per week, with main focus on visiting customer, conduct product presentations and respond to technical questions as well as understanding market needs.

It is a pivotal clinical support role within the company and therefore requires strong clinical skills with an ability to handle a number of management tasks in addition to regular support and sales workResponsibilitiesPropose challenging and reasonable yearly clinical support targets and forecasts to management. Works with Key Account Manager and Sales Manager to develop and deliver on call plans and account plans in order to meet agreed revenue targets. Use own initiative to respond to internal and external issues. RequirementsUniversity Degree in Life Sciences, nursing, radiography, or equivalent.

Strong personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. Strong teamwork and facilitation, effective at leading and being a member of teams and building relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. Preferred place of residence South SwedenAbility to travel 3-4 days per weekMust have a valid driver’s license. We are looking for someone with experience in medical devices, particularly pacing, and knowledge of catheter lab procedures and protocols. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel (approximately 75% of the time) are essential.

You should be flexible, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in the field. Good leadership skills and the ability to take responsibility are important. We also consider enthusiastic recent graduates in relevant fields who want to start a career in the industry, preferably candidates with good knowledge of vascular anatomy and physiology.
