Our connected companies are located internationally - in London, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Varaždin, Sarajevo and, Tuzla. For our new projects, we are looking for Java developer (Junior/Medior/Senior). Location of work on-site is Varaždin, Croatia. Analytical thinking skills and banking knowledge of loan processing operations are mandatory.

Responsibilities·       developing software solutions by studying needs, implementing and monitoring the software cycle,;·       upgrading existing software solutions, while researching problem areas;·       resolving and analyzing the causes of user reports and irregularities;·       data processing in databases;·       preparation of reports and data analysis;·       work on determining operational feasibility by evaluating the analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and solution proposal;·       documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing technical documentation and clear code;·       preparation and installation of software solution;·       work with a mentor in determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming;·       upgrading knowledge and skills for doing job, studying modern development tools, programming techniques and computer equipment;·       proactivity in collecting information, analyzing and summarizing data on software development and other activities related to programming challenges.

Qualifications·      Java programming skills (junior/medior/senior level)·       Knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL)·   Experience in developing banking software solutions (desirable)·       University degree of technical orientation (desirable)Skills ·       Emphasized analytical and thorough approach in performing tasks·  Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. ·       Ability to work in project teams and dynamic environment·       Independence in work·       Motivation and perseverance·       Developed oral and written communication skills·      English at the level of communication (desirable)
