We are looking for an International Markets Sales Operations Specialist to join our International Markets team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the order-to-delivery process and supporting international commercial operations across our global markets. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end order-to-delivery process in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Coordinate sales forecasts, demand plans, and monthly orders from customers, distributors, and own markets and updating related ERP systems accordingly.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs to proactively identify inefficiencies, and guide stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and optimize stock levels across both distributors and local warehouses, driving continuous improvement in productivity and service performance. Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality) to align on forecasts, sales orders, and product launches. Act as the key point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders on order status and logistics. Monitor international shipments and ensure timely, complete, and compliant delivery documentation. Maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer master data in SAP, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ensure commercial transactions comply with global standards including GDP and other industry regulations. Resolve operational issues by facilitating communication between cross-functional teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations processes and systems. Prepare and present regular reports on forecast accuracy, OTIF, and other KPIs to senior management. Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure labeling and artwork approval processes meet local and international regulatory requirements. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning or S&OP preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on process excellence and problem-solving. Fluency in English is required.
