Job Objective: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple commercial projects in parallel, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple large commercial projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication meet professional standards. Effectively manage fast-track projects within the allocated budget, ensuring adherence to required standards and quality. Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of all phases. Supervise on-site workforce and contractors to ensure quality execution. Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project costs and budget to meet financial targets. Monitor the supply and availability of materials and equipment to prevent delays. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Identify and manage project risks and respond effectively to emergencies. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Requirements: Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial developments. Bachelor's degree in architecture (mandatory). PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-project environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in English. Benefits: To be discussed at a later stage.
