Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementationsLead the planning, design, and execution of marketing automation processesOversee customer communication, expectation management, and stakeholder alignmentCreate and maintain comprehensive project and process specification documentsProvide matrix management for cross-functional implementation teamsMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget executionCollaborate with marketing teams to align automation strategies with business goalsRequirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in Salesforce Marketing CloudProven track record in managing, defining, and delivering marketing automation processes — either client-side or vendor-sideStrong understanding of both technical implementation and marketing strategyExperience managing complex, multi-channel marketing automation initiativesDemonstrated ability to design and implement effective marketing workflows and campaignsRequired Skills: Exceptional collaboration and cross-team leadership capabilitiesStrong self-learning and adaptive mindsetAdvanced analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility and a structured approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:
