The Type Engineer is responsible to the CAM for the review and management of all relevant aircraft technical and airworthiness data from the OEM’s vendors and regulatory bodies. They acts as focal point and liaison between the OEM and the company for all type or OEM specific technical queries. The TE supports with the development and optimization of the AMP and works closely with 145 and operations to develop and support continuous operational improvement with regard to Safety, Compliance and Optimization.
The role is critical for the support of ADA’s expanding fleets within the region and internationally and will work closely with ADA’s technical partners. This role is based within the CAMO at Abu Dhabi Aviation. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years as an ICAO recognised Licensed Aircraft Engineer with B1. 3 and or B2 (on Helicopters). With 5 years on proven type experience relevant to position. Line and Base maintenance experience on type. Previous experience within a CAMO or supervisory experience. Project management skills including in depth knowledge of MS office and other aviation CAMO/MRO software solutions.
