Dashboarding (Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau / advanced Excel). Research methods (surveys/interviews), synthesis, business writing. Experience: Coursework or internships in database creation/maintenance, analytics, or systems integration; exposure to CRM or case‑management tools is a plus.
