Planning Engineer Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Citiscape – A Subsidiary of Abunayyan Holding Full-Time | Office-BasedAbout the Role: Citiscape is seeking a Planning Engineer to support project teams by developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules. This role is key to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company standards. You'll work closely with project management and technical teams, contributing to the successful execution of high-profile infrastructure and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera and MS Project. Support project planning, resource forecasting, and progress monitoring across all phases.
Establish work breakdown structures (WBS), critical paths, and milestone alerts. Analyze schedule data to forecast timelines, resource allocation, and cash flow. Monitor actual project progress versus planned timelines and identify deviations. Generate regular reports, including monthly progress reports, histograms, and cash flow charts. Coordinate planning activities across design, procurement, and execution functions. Prepare technical reports and maintain records related to stationary and rotating equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training for new planning staff. What You Bring: 3–5 years of experience in project planning within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6), MS Project, and planning/reporting methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering. Solid understanding of engineering and construction workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
