The role combines academic guidance, operational efficiency, team management, and clear communication to ensure smooth lesson delivery, team development, and student satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership & SupportProvide subject-specific guidance and ongoing academic assistance to MTAs, ensuring high-quality educational delivery aligned with organizational standards. Support content quality, curriculum alignment, and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
Operational OversightSupervise daily activities, follow-up tasks, and ensure smooth execution of guided learning processes. Manage schedules, reporting, and documentation using advanced Microsoft Office skills. Maintain organized operational workflows for efficiency and clarity. Team Management & DevelopmentLead, motivate, and support approximately 15 MTAs to achieve academic and operational targets. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify development areas. Communication & CollaborationMaintain clear, constructive, and solution-oriented communication with MTAs, tutors, and stakeholders. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and activities. Sales & Persuasion ExpertiseApply sales and persuasive communication techniques to promote platform offerings.
Encourage MTAs to engage in retention-focused strategies. Training & MentorshipDesign and deliver structured training sessions for MTAs. Offer mentorship and guidance to support professional development and skills growth. Assessment SupervisionOversee offline exam processes, ensuring compliance, fairness, and smooth execution. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education, relevant subject area, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, subject assistance, or a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
