Product Development Coordinator

The Opportunity: The Product Development Coordinator plays a foundational role in supporting the operational execution of product launches. This role ensures data accuracy, maintains SKU governance, and facilitates coordination across teams to support smooth product rollouts and post-launch tracking. What you’ll do: Support cross-functional collaboration for product-related managed services initiatives, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment and progress across teams including Sales, Delivery, and Legal. Manage day-to-day product governance tasks including request preparation, Salesforce sandbox testing coordination, and Jira ticket tracking. Assist in pre-governance product development, and track product launches and new sales.

Maintain and update key reports such as lost sales, monthly product bookings, custom request tracking, and product-level revenue data. Conduct competitor analyses, and assist with non-standard sales solutioning. Participate in ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support the business on various product development initiativesTo qualify for the role you must have: Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of three (3) years of experience managing projects or workflows in a professional work environmentSkills and attributes for success: Demonstrated professional integrity. Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs.

Major or concentration in compliance, law, business, finance, and/or economics preferred.
