Our mission is to make high-quality, personalized education accessible to every learner, blending academic rigor with modern digital learning leveraging state of the art Human AI.The RoleThis is an onsite in-person role based at Mirpur, Dhaka.We are looking for Academic Content Creators in the following subject areas:MathematicsPhysicsChemistryBiologyYou will develop high-quality academic materials for classes 9–12, including:Lecture scripts and slidesStudy notes and summariesConcept explanations and solved examplesPractice problems with detailed step-by-step solutionsKnowledge base articles for AI tutoringEnsure curriculum alignment and pedagogical consistency across materialsThe content will be used in video lectures, learning apps, and AI-assisted study tools; so clarity, structure, and accuracy are key.Skills Requirements:Strong teaching experience at the school or coaching level or higher (minimum 3 years).Proven track record of preparing students for SSC/HSC or equivalent exams.Deep understanding of the NCTB curriculum (Class 9–12).Ability to explain concepts clearly and systematically.Strong command over English and Bangla (bilingual explanation ability preferred).Familiarity with academic writing, LaTeX, or digital content creation tools is a plus.Academic Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subject areas from a reputable Bangladeshi university (DU, BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, JU, RU, CU, SUST, NSU or any Medical College/University)High academic standing (CGPA 3.5+ preferred)Current students are also encouraged to apply.
