The Academic Counselor will be responsible for supporting students and parents through personalized counseling, addressing academic and career-oriented queries, and guiding students in making informed decisions about their learning paths. The role also involves building strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring that students meet their academic goals and enhance their performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career CounselingStrong Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students and parentsExperience with Academic Advising and guiding students in their educational journeysBackground in Education or relevant fieldsEmpathy, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset to provide customized solutionsBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the EdTech industry or working with students is an added advantage
