They should have at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. Applicants should also have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage), the ability to work independently and in a team, and good communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be organised, responsible, attentive to details, and able to multitask. Immediate available is preferred. Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Academic Programme Officer.The appointee will render administrative support to an undergraduate programme, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and his delegate.A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.The University only accepts online applications for the above post.
