Job DescriptionDiverse role managing key academic and accreditation processes across the Division of Health.Are you a proactive problem solver with great attention to detail, strong digital and analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset?Join the Division of Health and contribute to shaping the future of Aotearoa’s health workforce.Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the roleAs an Academic Programmes Coordinator in the Division of Health, you’ll deliver high-quality coordination and support across academic programme, accreditation, and review processes. You’ll work closely with the Division Manager Quality and Accreditation, supporting the Division Director, Heads of School, Programme Leads, and academic staff to ensure processes run smoothly, information is accurate, and key deadlines are met.This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You’ll thrive on balancing multiple priorities, building positive relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement within a dynamic and growing Division.Salary will be in the range of $71,275 to $84,695 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.For more information on the role please see the position description .
