We are seeking experts in one or more of the following units taught in our Master of Business Administration (MBA) Course: · Leadership and Professional Development· Project Management· Leading People and Change· Financial Decision Making (financial literacy)· Digital Transformation and Business Systems· Corporate Governance and Sustainability· Marketing Strategy in a Digital World· Leading Strategic Innovation· The Art and Science of Business Strategy· Entrepreneurship Sessional work involves;Teaching classes:
Units are taught in 5 week blocks - a total of 36hours of teaching in a combination of full days and evening classesMarking assignments and performing administrative tasks associated with the classesResponding to student enquiries and providing advice as requiredTeaching from one of our Perth campuses.
QualificationsThe candidates we seek will ideally have;Experience or a keen interest in working in a tertiary education institutionExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels across the CollegeExcellent scholarly and Management/Business industry expertisePassion and motivation to empower students and the next generation of Leaders, Managers and InnovatorsEssential criteria for candidates include;Masters or Doctoral level qualificationAt least 5 years of leadership/management experienceAdditional InformationACAP focuses on shared values and strengths across our teams, you will work together with others committed to transforming lives through education in a purpose-driven, engaging, and supportive team environment.
