The ideal candidate will haveexperience in dispatching, logistics, or call center operations, and be proficient inMicrosoft Office. You鈥檒l be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules,and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across various routesMonitor traffic and route conditions to optimize delivery timesCommunicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and messagingplatformsHandle incoming calls and provide professional customer supportMaintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPrepare and submit daily reports and updatesResolve delivery issues and escalate when necessaryCollaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure efficiencyJob RequirementsExperience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or call center operations preferred.
