Generate detailed user requirements for diverse areas in BAU sector, including Sales, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, Finance, and Customer Service. Manage channel-specific requirements spanning brokers, agents, partners, and direct channels, making this a dynamic, multi-dimensional role.
UAT & System CoordinationCollaborate with the business team to prepare test plansand conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for end-to-end processes. Work closely with IT teams to review UAT results with the business team, ensuring alignment with project requirements and obtaining UAT sign-offProject Management & Automation GoalsSupport projects aimed at BAU automationand fostering digital adoption to elevate branding. Actively contributes to initiatives focused on improving distributor and customer experience. Quality Output DeliveryDeliver quality outputs for all assigned projects and tasks, ensuring efficiency and excellence in execution. Your ProfileEducation: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience:
Proven track record as a Business Analyst, preferably in Employee Benefits (EB) or Insurance-related projects. Experience in end-to-end project cycles, UAT preparation, and testing processes. Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT systems in an EB environment. Ability to consolidate, analyze, and communicate complex data into actionable insights and clear requirements. Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (e. g. , Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). Candidates with knowledge of Oracle systems, Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion, AS400, and draw. io would have an advantage. Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multi-channel projects. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for cross-functional engagement.
