Conduct and synthesize research to inform design decisions; apply user-centered and inclusive design principles. Create and maintain design systems, including components, tokens, and style guides, ensuring consistency across products. Produce wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes; collaborate with developers to ensure implementation accuracy. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence. Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Required Qualifications8+ years of experience as a UX/UI, Interaction and/or Service Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped projects. Proven UI design expertise with attention to detail and a pixel-perfect mindset.
Experience working with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive/inclusive design best practices. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English. EU citizenship (due to project requirements). Desired QualificationsExperience with Storybook or similar UI documentation tools. Familiarity with front-end development concepts. Previous experience guiding junior designers and working alongside a UX Lead. Experience in Agile or cross-functional product teams. Understanding of Service Design principles and methods.
