As a Workday Advanced Compensation Lead: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.
From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Advanced Compensation domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies. Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Advanced Compensation functionalities.
