How you'll make an impact: Solving situations related to policies and third-party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures;Offering information related to compensation, benefits, days off, and other HR-related matters;Ensuring the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager;Processing transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems;Developing good client relationships and raising in time the risks related to client management/satisfaction. Skills that make your work successful:

Good communication, written and oral, proficient in English ( B2-C1); Experience in the HR field, Customer Service, or any other area; Good Client handling skills; Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details; Proactive, positive attitude and approach; Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team.
