About the CompanyKnight aspires to be the leading Pan-American (ex-US) partner of choice, with a growing portfolio of innovative and high-quality branded products.About the RoleAs an Access Associate Director, you will lead the market access strategy to ensure the availability and sustainability of Knight’s portfolio within the Mexican healthcare system. This includes managing government affairs, analyzing the regulatory and political environment, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors.ResponsibilitiesDevelop tailored access strategies for public and private channels, considering product lifecycle, barriers, opportunities, and stakeholder needs.Lead the Key Account Management team and define KPIs, control mechanisms, and execution excellence.Analyze legislation and regulatory proposals, assessing their impact on business.Create value proposition tools, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and innovative access models.Maintain and update influence maps and manage active accounts ethically and sustainably.Collaborate with commercial, medical, sales, and finance teams to identify and develop market access opportunities.Ensure compliance with corporate ethics, legal frameworks, and internal policies.Monitor healthcare system changes and market dynamics to inform brand planning.Support promotional message development and event planning with medical and marketing teams. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required (Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Public Health, or related field). Master’s degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in market access, strategic planning, and working with high-cost/high-specialty products. Strong understanding of the Mexican healthcare system (public and private). Experience in pharmacoeconomics and government affairs. Required SkillsStrategic and analytical thinking.Influential leadership and stakeholder engagement.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.Deep knowledge of market access concepts, HTA, and regulatory frameworks.Ability to solve complex problems and monitor market trends.Fluent English.
