Your Role as Design & Sales Estimator: Proactively identify, respond to, and win projects - identify bid opportunities, prepare bids, negotiateProvide on-site consultations with clients to deliver customized product solution recommendations based on their needs and preferencesOversee project coordination from consult through sales and installationDevelop and present design concepts and proposalsStay updated with the latest accessibility technology and architectural design trends. Manage project timelines and budgets effectivelyProvide guidance and support throughout the design implementation process. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulationsYour Background:

Sales skills with a proven ability to meet/exceed targets. Proven experience as an Estimator or similar roleExceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts and recommendations. Excellent organizational skills; capable of working both independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailGoal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skillsElevator industry experience and knowledge of industry standards and regulations preferredWhat We Offer: Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000 to $60,000 and incentive bonusesExpected hours:
