We’re now looking for the right person to build on this momentum, someone with a positive, proactive mindset and a natural talent for building meaningful, long-term relationships. 🔹 About the RoleAs our Head of Partnerships – NSW (Central Coast focus), you’ll play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region. This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, backed by a passionate national team and given the trust, tools, and flexibility to drive success in your territory.

You’ll represent and grow our innovative, co-managed care model within aged care facilities, develop strong partnerships, and work closely with internal stakeholders, residents, and families. You’ll also have the opportunity to support local recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless experience for partner homes and clinicians alike.
