We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our organisation as a Senior Client Manager in one of our Tax and Business Advisory teams. About the roleDue to the continuing growth of our business, we currently have an opening for a full-time Senior Client Manager at our office in Sydney. This client-facing position is ideal for an individual with strong communication, management skills and initiative. This role would suit someone confident in their technical ability, ready to step into a dynamic, fast-growing business with a strong client base.

What will you be doing?Manage and oversee all aspects of a client base including all daily accounting and taxation requirements. Oversee and/or attend to the preparation and completion of clients’ financial statements, income tax returns and other lodgements, including Fringe Benefits Tax returns, Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements. Required to assist and manage a portfolio of $1. 8m + and be the primary contact. Manage a high-performing team and advise clients in all aspects of business development.
Manage the lodgement program for a portfolio of clients, including reporting obligations such as TBAR and other superannuation reporting obligations. Assist clients with other taxes such as payroll tax, land tax etc. when necessary. Actively contribute to practice management and development. Manage the billing process for a portfolio of clients and debtor management. Manage the career and technical development of the team including training staff in all aspects of their roles. What are we looking for?A bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting. CPA / CA ANZ qualified.
7+ years’ professional experience in tax and business advisory services working with complex client groups including family groups, SMEs and high net wealth individuals. Ability to manage strong client relationships and drive business development. Previous experience leading a team of at least 3+ team members. Detail oriented.
