We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Associate, Corporate Secretarial Services to manage a portfolio of offshore entities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a portfolio of offshore entities across jurisdictions such as BVI, Marshall Islands, Cayman Islands, and othersProvide a full range of corporate secretarial services, including:
Incorporation of offshore companies and registration of entities in relevant jurisdictionsPreparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes, and statutory documentsMaintenance of statutory registers and corporate records in accordance with jurisdictional requirementsFiling of documents with offshore registrars and regulatory authorities, where applicableEnsure timely compliance with annual filing, licensing, and economic substance requirementsLiaise directly with clients, registered agents, legal counsel, and external service providersConduct client due diligence (CDD) and ongoing KYC reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory standardsSupport onboarding of new clients and respond to due diligence or audit-related queriesCollaborate with internal teams and regional offices to ensure coordinated service delivery across jurisdictionsKey RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in offshore corporate secretarial or fiduciary servicesFamiliarity with offshore jurisdictions such as BVI, Marshall Islands, Cayman, Samoa, etc.
Experience with maintaining and updating company records in accordance with offshore regulatory requirementsStrong understanding of due diligence, AML, and compliance obligations in the offshore contextExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with clients and external partiesMeticulous and organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesTeam player with the flexibility to work across multiple jurisdictions and time zonesProficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint and DocuSign; familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage
