Job DescriptionAs the Outlets Manager, you will provide a vision and leadership that fosters an engaged team and ensures quality, efficiency and superior service. This position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day operation and will play an integral role in the training of employees and leaders. The Outlets Manager is also responsible for making sure the concept is applied and promoted via the operations’ decisions.

What You Will Be DoingResponsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverages to plan, organize and direct all processes of the restaurants and bars to ensure that it provides a quality food and beverage serviceThe outlets manager consistent with the SOPs provided, and achieve maximum revenue and earnings in line with budgeted and forecast projections. Apply creative solutions and share ideas to grow, develop and improve the restaurant. Oversee service training programs and work closely with restaurant and bar teams to ensure ongoing training is happening consistently in all areasQualificationsYOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation,Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others on their "in trend" product knowledge for wine, cocktails, and barista skills,A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm,Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Silverware Applications, Open table, Avero and Opera PMS highly regarded,Additional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
