Job DescriptionThe Engineering Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Engineering Department by ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role involves managing project documentation, facilitating communication, and providing essential support to engineers and project managers.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage administrative tasks within the Engineering DepartmentTrack and manage building licenses and engineering contractsReceive and verify basic delivery items and materialsMaintain accurate office records, databases, and engineering documentationHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely communicationProvide administrative support for ongoing projects and routine operationsUnderstand and manage basic engineering parts, tools, and technical terminologySupport communication between engineers, project managers, and other departmentsPrepare reports and assist in procurement and vendor coordinationQualificationsRequirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator rolePreferably with a background in hotel engineering, building facilities, or construction maintenanceITE/Nitec Certificate in Building Facilities Maintenance or related fieldStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience in managing multiple coordination responsibilities across various programsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships within and outside the departmentSelf-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently or in a team
