As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support our business objectives.

Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aligned with organizational goalsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisionsLead and mentor the marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environmentOversee the organization's digital presence, including website management, social media strategies, and online advertising campaignsDevelop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibilityCreate and distribute compelling content across various channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and target audience preferencesManage the organization's public relations efforts, including press releases, media kits, and crisis communication plansMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectivesStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative marketing strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of digital marketing, public relations, and brand managementProficiency in graphic design tools, content management systems, and social media platformsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilitiesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesProven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaignsLeadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team membersCreativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and contentStrong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and campaign performanceAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
