Job Description

As a Project Manager at Scale Up, you are responsible for ensuring all ongoing projects and client accounts run smoothly, from planning and execution to reporting and delivery. You act as the PIC for both internal and external initiatives, working closely with all departments to ensure timelines, strategies, and deliverables are met.You’ll also serve as the main contact for clients tracking needs, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates, while keeping the work aligned with agreed objectives and expectations. This role blends structured project management with strong client communication and problem-solving.Responsibilities- Create detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.- Break down project plans into clear workflows, monitor execution, and ensure alignment with strategies.- Liase with all departments (Content, Design, Production, Ads and all) to ensure project is being implemented as directed and strategised as per timeline and result objective.- Respond to client concerns, track needs, and ensure expectations are managed throughout the project.- Take part in project strategy planning, discussion and implementation and monitor all implementation accordingly.- Flag risks early, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements if results aren’t on track.- Communicate and update client in regards to project and implementation update.- Ensure all project outputs follow what was agreed in strategy and meet the expected quality.- Maintain proper records (meeting notes, project status, issues) and prepare final reports post-campaign.- Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and communicate them with internal teams if relevant.- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in project management, communication, digital marketing or related fields· 1+ years of related job experience· Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills· Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Good attention to detail and organizational skills· Knowledge and experience in digital marketing elements such as Content, Social Media, Ads, KOL etc· Be updated with current digital marketing trends and marketing landscape.· Able to work individually and in a team. · Be able to maintain Team cohesiveness throughout the entire project timeline and ensure efficiency in performing tasks· Be able to identify problems before they arise, and find effective and efficient solutions to mitigate problems· Be able to perform damage control on clients when issues arise that require immediate attentionThe Day-to-Day· Break down project into small manageable tasks in an effective timeline and workflow needed for the projects.· Stay on top of each project progress and monitor needs to fulfill project deliverables and expectations according to expectation.· Deep discussion regularly with team members of department to discuss progress and find ways to improve deliverables and deliver expectation.· Generate project reports as needed to clients and higher-ups within the organization· Resolve any issues and problems during project implementation· Communicate and monitor team to implement project effectively and according to expectation· Be the PIC for all project progress, outcome and deliverables· Utilise airtable as a project management tool to liase and manage project with all departments
