Together, we provide equipment to prepare for the future of the oil and gas industry in the ASEAN region.Located at USJ 1 , Subang JayaMYR 3000 - MYR 5000 (Depending on experience & ability)Yearly bonus: 1 – 4 months based on Quarterly KPI review resultsAnnual company trip (Overseas): For full time members with more than 1 year work experience with ACADSWorking period: Monday to Friday (Half day on Alternate Saturdays) 9.00 am to 6.00 pmPurpose of Position: Provide Accounting & Administrative support to the businessJob Description:1. Responsible for daily payment issuance and ensuring that the payments are backed with the supporting documents2. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) including follow-up on AR collection3. Ensure up-to-date accounting records and data journal entries for accounting system posting4. Process staff claims submission and reimbursement5. Assist in monthly reports and other accounts-related matters6. Issue payment vouchers, official receipts, delivery orders, and or any other document listing accordingly.7. Provide daily / monthly / quarterly report analysis8. To provide administrative support, purchasing and sales documentation9. Issue monthly customer statements11. Perform other office duties as assignedRequirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field2. 1 - 2 years of related work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a drive to excel are also welcome to apply3. Experience in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage4. Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word5. Positive work attitude and able to keep ahead in a fast-paced environment6. Good in speaking and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
