As a New Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for all processes related to the new account opening process. This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build a career in investments and customer service while contributing to meaningful projects.Your ResponsibilitiesOpen accounts through a digital platform and direct packages to advisors and clients.Review new accounts for documentation.Apply new accounts for e-delivery and online access, statements, and confirmations.Assist with the transition of new advisors to associated firms.Ensure proper workflow of documents and assignment to the appropriate department.Assist with nominee and client name accounts.Assign return mail and ensure accounts are restricted with advisor notifications.Update client information related to account types.Ensure accounts are opened and transfers are tracked and processed efficiently within required service level agreements.Track and follow up on delays in processing items.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills and QualificationsExperience with using Dataphile is mandatory.Minimum of 2 years in new accounts administration and processing.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Knowledge of relevant systems related to investment and new account processing is an asset.Note from the Hiring ManagerWe’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to take on the challenges of new account management with enthusiasm.Why Partner with UsYou’ll engage directly with the client while we handle the logistics, provide guidance, and keep you informed every step of the way.
