If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!What You´ll DoProvide day-to-day support to Key Account Managers, including customer communications, forecasting, and maintaining matrices and contact lists. Act as a key liaison for customer updates—managing product codes, barcodes, pricing, and order forms while ensuring timely processing of key account orders. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to align on priorities, promotional activities, and product launches. Support preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and key documentation for customer meetings and internal briefings. Lead execution of promotional programs for Key Accounts and Wholesalers, from calendar management and GP1% submissions to forecasting and performance tracking. Manage data integrity across systems by updating product codes, pricing, and order forms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all customer-facing information. Collaborate with the Business Analyst to monitor and report on promotional effectiveness, providing insights to optimise future programs. Provide ad hoc project and administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams, contributing to smooth execution of initiatives and continuous improvement. What makes you a good fit Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercially focused role such as account management, sales coordination, or marketing support, preferably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or wholesale industry. Proven ability to support category and brand strategy, translating insights into actionable plans that drive growth and strengthen market positioning. Demonstrated experience in managing trade promotional activities, including calendar coordination, submission processes, performance tracking, and cross-functional communication. Strong commercial acumen with the capability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis), with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets accurately. Experience using systems such as e-ESF and SAP, with confidence working across digital platforms and reporting tools to support sales and marketing operations.
