Our CompanyEscotec Ceylon (Private) Limited represents ESCO PTE. LTD. of Singapore in Sri Lanka. ESCO of Singapore are experts in Video Conferencing, Audio systems, Digital Signages, Unified Communications and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation etc. They have a wide client base, from educational institutions, FMCG, financial institutions, trading centers and also, MNCs.Job TitleAccounts and Admin AssistantKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update financial records, including daily/monthly transaction logs and ledgers.Perform data entry into accounting software and spreadsheets.Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.Track and work on accounts payable and receivable.Process invoices and reconcile accounts.Visit relevant government departments like the IRD, ETF, and EPF when necessary.Manage physical and digital filing of financial documents. Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of accounting experience is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office package, particularly Excel.Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho ) is an advantage.Familiarity with Sri Lankan tax regulations (IRD, ETF, EPF) is a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills. Please email the application to careers@escotec.lk
