Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, finance or any related field. Background in administration, sales, procurement, design-related operations or BPO preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is an advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Excellent English communication and interpersonal Ability to forge strong working relationships with counterparts, stakeholders, and employees at different levels.Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and directed.Willingness and ability to learn the technical and operational aspects of Studio West’s services and processes.Demonstrates Studio West’s six corporate values (Accountability and Integrity, Promote Collaboration, Excellence, Best People, Creative Thinking, Can Do Attitude).Here’s what you’ll be doing at work:Assists team supervisor or operations manager in setting the overall direction and structure of the Account Coordinator team.Oversee the completion of tasks and deliverables specific to the teams handled, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards.Manage capacity for each team member. Tracks team’s capacity and utilization. Provide guidance and support to team members in reviewing and processing complex or non-standard deliverables.Ensures the team delivers excellent customer service by consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations through responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care.Collaborate with counterparts to address escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.Prepare and consolidate client feedback reports from completed projects, analyze trends, and recommend corrective or improvement actions.Implement process enhancements and quality improvement plans based on client feedback and performance data.Oversee the development, documentation, and maintenance of internal project standards and workflows to uphold quality and consistency.Conduct regular coaching and mentoring to team members. Manages individual team members’ performance. Cascades critical knowledge and skills to team and escalates important issues to Sales Support Manager.Performs other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.Our office is at Rockwell Business Center-Sheridan, Sheridan cor.
