Job SummaryTo supervise account opening/cracking, set targets, control account opening performance and to manage development of new business opportunities with existing accounts within the territory.Job ResponsibilitiesSet account opening/cracking targets and monitor performanceCo-ordinate with Route supervisors and manage account cracking and activation done by themDrive cooler placement and ensure timely cooler deploymentOversee smooth handover of cracked accounts to Route supervisorsVisit, develop and execute promotion in the exclusive stores to deliver volume growth VS contract and take care them to continue contract with companyNew brand / pack launches; existing brand / pack availability, penetration and promotionTrain and work with ADR to crack new stores effectivelySupport specific projects as identified by MU/RSMSupport data to GTM/TMKT/TCDrive focus brand / pack growthSkills And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree requiredGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood leadership and initiative skillsFair command of written and spoken English and computer literacy especially excelGood sales skills ideally with prior experience in FMCG, Retail and Eateries.
