Job DescriptionThe Account Development Executive role in Chubb offers you the opportunity to connect customers with products that meet their needs, by marketing Chubb’s insurance policies to the mass markets through outbound telemarketing.In this role, you will…Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standardsConduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customersIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sellConvert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activitiesEnsure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standardsUpdate customer information in the databaseNote: Relevant training will be providedQualifications Minim um GCE ‘O’ level/SPM equivalentPrior experience working in tel emarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage Proficient in English Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions Confident communicator with good verbal skills Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customersPersuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targetsSales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
