Our client excel in integration and governance solutions that work with diverse data sources, and our real-time analytics uncover hidden patterns, empowering teams to address complex challenges and seize new opportunities.Responsibilities:Strategic Autonomy: Develop and execute account plans with a primary focus on enterprise accounts, leading the charge independently.Customer-Centric Approach: Engage customers at a CxO level, orchestrating activities to ensure ongoing relationships, customer success, and strong alignment with company value proposition.Collaborative Sales: Work closely with partners and resellers, enabling them to maximize revenue within assigned accounts.Market Insight: Leverage your knowledge in BI Dashboarding, Data Visualization, and Data Integration to navigate the dynamic landscape.Global Connectivity: Communicate fluently in local (Malay) language and preferably English, contributing to company international success.Account Development: Develop and execute account plans, with a focus on enterprise accounts, ensuring a strategic approach to customer engagement.Customer Acquisition: Independently identify and acquire new customers, while upselling and cross-selling to the existing customer base.Collaborative Partnerships: Assist partners and resellers in sales cycles, preparing and executing Proof of Concept demos.Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations to closure, ensuring a smooth and effective process.Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a robust pipeline for the assigned territory or segment.Customer Success: Drive customer success by deeply understanding their business and effectively promoting the company value proposition.C-Level Engagement: Approach customers at a CxO level, orchestrating key activities around prospects or clients.Requirements:At least 7 (try 8) years of successful sales experience in enterprise software, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.Understanding of the BI Dashboarding, Data Visualization, and Data Integration market, preferably with experience in non-manufacturing industries.Ability to create proposals with an understanding of revenue recognition and royalty structures.Experience working with partners and resellers to maximize revenue in assigned accounts.Excellent communication and presentation skills in local language, with English proficiency preferred.Being a self-starter capable of working independently within a matrixed organization.Experience and understanding of the Big Data, Data Integration, and Data Analytics markets, including knowledge of Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence software products.Track record of selling to senior decision-makers, with a good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory and accounts.Salary up to RM28,000 (Negotiable)
