Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to lead and grow our Government & Enterprise Business in Hungary. This strategic role focuses on expanding our footprint across the public sector and large enterprises by developing trusted partnerships, managing complex sales processes, and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions - including 5G private networks, smart infrastructure, fibre networks, cloud, and IoT technologies.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise and public sector sales, a deep understanding of Hungary’s digital transformation landscape, and a proven track record of winning strategic projects, navigating public tenders, and building long-term B2B relationships that drive sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development efforts across Government and Enterprise segments in Hungary, identifying high-impact opportunities in public infrastructure, utilities, transport, education, and large private sector organizations.Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the unique needs of government agencies and enterprise clients, aligning with national digitalization initiatives and innovation agendas.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government ministries, public institutions, enterprise IT leaders, and system integrators.Drive the full sales cycle – from opportunity discovery and technical consultation to proposal development, public tender management, contract negotiation, and successful delivery.Promote the company’s advanced solutions portfolio, including 5G private networks, smart city platforms, fibre networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IoT applications.Monitor public sector policies, funding programs (e.g. EU recovery funds), and market trends to anticipate needs and craft proactive solution proposals.Collaborate closely with technical, presales, legal, and marketing teams to tailor offerings and ensure compliance with public procurement rules and enterprise-grade requirements.Represent the company at industry conferences, government-led forums, and business associations to strengthen our brand presence and thought leadership in Hungary.Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports to senior regional leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Ensure full compliance with company policies, public sector procurement standards, and all relevant legal and contractual frameworks.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the telecommunication industry, with at least 3 years in a sales management roleSkills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentations skills. In-depths knowledge of telecommunication products and market dynamics.
