🚀Role: Business Director💡Industry: AI, Workforce Upskilling.🌍Location: Ireland We’ve partnered with a rapidly expanding enterprise AI scale-up as they build out their EMEA presence ahead of 2026. They’ve grown revenue x7 in the last year, secured backing from leading global investors, and are already partnering with major players across banking, insurance, fintech, and retail.This leader will be responsible for the long-term success and expansion of the company’s most strategic enterprise customers in Ireland/Europe. You’ll play a central role in shaping their regional growth strategy and eventually build and lead a high-performing EMEA accounts organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and surpass upsell and expansion targets while driving strong net revenue retentionManage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding through renewal and multi-market expansionCreate and execute account strategies that unlock new revenue pathwaysServe as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, aligning solutions with their broader business goalsCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact implementations and scale deploymentsFeed market and client insights directly into product, GTM, and regional strategyWhat We’re Looking For7+ years experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or complex client-facing rolesStrong communicator with sharp commercial judgmentHands-on problem solver who asks the right questionsFluent in English and based in Dublin; other European languages are a plus.Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong advantage
