Market leading Data & AI vendorNational tier 1 account base - Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)$180-200,000 Base + Super + 40% commsWith an outstanding reputation in the Data & AI tech space, our client is regarded by many as the industry leader within the region. Their off the shelf and customised solutions enable their customers to make better informed business decisions, whether it be assessing risk, lending suitability, identity management, fraudulent account activity etc. They realise value from internal and external data sources which helps to improve customer experience and overall business confidence.They are currently seeking an Account Director to join their high performance sales team. Emphasis is on managing an existing portfolio of existing tier 1 and tier 2 ASX listed BFSI account and Fintechs. A solution seller and problem solver with strong account planning skills is paramount!Key responsibilities:Protect, retain and grow share of wallet within your existing customer base - circa $8-10m portfolioGrow existing footprint and win new pockets of work within existing customer base using multi-threading approachManage renewals Identify business pain points using insights led approach to salesAchievement of quarterly sales and customer satisfaction targets Internal and external key stakeholder managementDevelopment of strategic account plansCommercial and legal contractual negotiations – RFP’s, RFI’s & RFT’sRepresentation at industry eventsKey skills required:Proven Senior Account Manager / Account Director - you must have prior experience of effectively managing and growing an existing portfolio of ASX listed BFSI customers This experience will come from working at a recognised global B2B software / SaaS vendor - GRC, data applications, data integration tools, analytics, ML and AI data driven cloud solutions being favourableExtensive track record of sales achievement - on/above quota attainment Strong sales planning skills adopting trusted account management frameworks - formal trainingExpert at managing short and long sales cycles with deal sizes from $50,000 into the hundreds of thousands of dollarsExperience of selling at CxO level down – multiple business buyers and personasGravitas, resilience and "grit"Please apply through the link or alternatively send through your CV to nick.jenkin@jenkinbeattie.com
