If so, you might be a fit for our award-winning team of account directors and project managers.Account Director at Nebo An Account Director (AD) at Nebo works directly with clients and internal teams, overseeing some of Nebo's larger accounts. Responsibilities include project management core tenets, including creating and managing project plans, objectives/KPIs, keeping projects within scope, reporting metrics, identifying and managing potential risks, and ensuring all members of the marketing team are creating a cohesive strategy per project. This master planner is responsible for managing marketing projects, such as paid media, social, PR, SEO, content creation, and email marketing, from strategy to launch and into continued optimization.Additionally, ADs oversee the larger account and client relationship, including sub-projects or sub-companies under the account. They are also responsible for working with the PMs on the project to ensure everything runs smoothly.Nebo is a human-centered agency built on a culture of respect, professional growth, and care for every employee, with numerous perks, including hybrid in-office/remote work designed to fit your needs, unlimited PTO, and free attendance at local marketing events.Account Director Duties Build and nurture client and internal project team relationshipsManage project profitability; take personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time and on budgetHelp develop and monitor clients’ KPIs and provide clear direction of objectives to the internal teamAssist the team in translating clients' briefs into actionable strategies and leads the team in project delivery.Oversee planning and development of marketing campaigns in accordance with client's objectives and budgetsCommunicate quickly and effectively with clients in individual conversations, meetings, and written communicationWork with internal and client Executive teamsDrive projects and tasks to completionUphold Nebo's current processes and procedures around scheduling, to-do management, and documentationThink strategically and plan ahead; proactively anticipate, plan, and adjust project planning to mitigate potential riskAccount Director Skills Required Bachelor's degree6+ years working as a project or account manager with extensive digital marketing and with 3+ or more of those years working at an agencyAbility to manage personal and project deadlinesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySkilled in using project management applications (ex. Microsoft Project, Basecamp)Knowledge of the key elements of digital marketing, including Paid Media, SEO, Social Media Marketing and AnalyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, both with clients and with internal departmentsStrong organizational skillsSkilled in calculations around profitability, run rate, ROI, and forecastingThis is a full-time position, and compensation is dependent upon experience.
