Role - Account Executive – SaaS / Workflow AutomationLocation - Germany wideSalary - €80k-€85k base x2 OTE + equityWe're partnering with a high-growth global SaaS organisation scaling across North America, EMEA and APAC. Their award-winning accounting workflow platform is trusted by finance and accounting teams worldwide, and they’re continuing to build a world-class sales organisation as they expand into new markets.They’re now looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their direct sales team. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, selling into finance leadership teams across a wide range of industries.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with executive-level stakeholders and close new business opportunities.Manage the full sales cycle, including product demos, pricing negotiations and contract execution.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and ongoing nurturing activity.Deeply understand customer pain points, competitors and product value to position the solution effectively.Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, marketing and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30%) as required.What We’re Looking For2–5+ years of software sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota.Strong command of both English and German (written and spoken).Experience working in a high-velocity sales environment.Highly motivated, competitive and target-driven with a team-oriented mindset.Strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach and Zoom.Experience mentoring peers or contributing to sales training is a plus.
