Job DescriptionThe Account Executive - Construction & Engineering Global BU will be responsible for producing mutually rewarding business outcomes and customer satisfaction for Oracle customers within the JAPAN territory, with the aim of growing the region by a factor of two over the coming 3-4 years. Our ideal candidate will generate new business and accurate forecast and measure activities, execution, plans to ensure desired outcomes.In this role, you will be an effective Account Executive. Sales work with sales consultants to plan, execute, and close sales opportunities.This role is individuals are responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established Japan territory or Construction & Engineering BU product line.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include:Adept at solution selling and able to define business value for clients.Represents Oracle Construction & Engineering Global BU with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company.Diligently uses the Oracle Sales Cloud system. Critical Success FactorsResponsible for selling solutions to Oracle Construction & Engineering Global BU most strategic accounts. Handling Enterprise Deal Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts Delivering on quota expectations consistentlyPreferred Skills And ExperienceAt least 5 years of Sales experience.At least 3 years of Software & Construction & Engineering Industry experience.Track record in positioning and selling large and complex projects.Highly developed business acumen and understanding of the SaaS/SoftwareAbility to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas.Willingness to travel for business purposes, as needed.Hands on—you don’t just talk the talk.
