As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to understand client needs, develop customized proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunitiesConduct regular meetings with clients to understand their energy requirements and present relevant solutions and servicesCollaborate with our sales support team to develop customized proposals, including pricing, contract terms, and implementation plansNegotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goalsStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditionsProvide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any client concerns and ensuring their needs are metPrepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide insights and recommendations to managementRequirementsPrior experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative, preferably in the energy industryProven track record of managing and growing client accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWillingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry eventsBenefitsPaid trainingRapid advancement opportunitiesProfessional sales training curriculumWeekly Pay
